A garden needs light, water and soil - be creative and get help from friends or neighbors. One way to get the light necessary for a garden is to install a porch or deck over a terrace or balcony. This will allow in plenty of sunlight.Water can be supplied by a rain barrel, cistern, hosepipe, or tap from a nearby well. Add compost and manure to the garden soil to provide organic matter and nutrients that help plants grow. Finally, add enough rocks, compost and plant material to create a nice spongey layer on top. Texture and color help attract pollinators and other beneficial insects to the garden.
There is something very beautiful about the way flowers can be arranged. Whether they are in a vase or planted in the ground, they can create an amazing composition. It is important to choose flowers with different colors and shapes, so that the arrangement looks stunning.
Some people like to put out baskets of fresh fruit or vegetables in order to attract hungry birds or bugs. Others think this is cruel because the birds or bugs might not get enough food and may ultimately starve. It's up to each person whether they want to put out a basket of goodies or not, but it's always fun to watch the animals in their neighborhood try to figure out what's inside.

The flowers in my garden are starting to look a little off color. I don't know if it's the weather or if it's because I'm not giving them enough water. Regardless, I need to get some new flowers to add to my garden.
Gardens with natural materials feel more alive and are more interesting to look at. Visitors love the feeling of Mother Nature's touch.
I choose colorful prints of flowers or birds as focal points for my garden. These prints add life and vibrancy to the garden, and can be used to bring attention to certain areas of the garden. By using prints in this way, I am able to create a unique and beautiful space that is easy to enjoy.
